SIORNJ Member Supporter Program

Objective:
To secure arrangements with twenty-five (25) SIORNJ Supporters in New Jersey that will provide SIORNJ Members with a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on services and / or products.

SIORNJ Supporter:
Any company or organization doing business in New Jersey where an SIORNJ Member can purchase a service or product at the above percentage discount on a one-time or on-going basis.

Service and Product Preferences:
Opportunities for individual SIORNJ Members to realize immediate financial benefit by receiving either a one-time or on-going discount at the point-of-purchase. Preferences include high-end restaurants, sporting and entertainment venues, goods and products, etc.

Discount offerings should not contain restrictions or conditions that might be deemed unattractive to SIORNJ Members, other than the expiration of the offering, itself. Not intended for business services or long-term contract purchases. Group purchase requirements, cumulative savings programs, or arrangements contingent on the completion of other transactions will not be accepted. No discount offering shall be connected to any transaction in which an SIORNJ Member is or may be involved, nor shall it be connected to, in addition to, in lieu of, or a part of, any commission or other compensation to which an SIORNJ Member may be entitled. SIORNJ Supporters and members will be responsible for ensuring that no conflict-of-interest, violation of law, or otherwise, will exist as a result of the SIORNJ Supporter making any offering and by the SIORNJ Member accepting any offering. Disclosure about specific discount offerings by SIORNJ Supporters may be made available to the public by SIORNJ or by the SIORNJ Supporter, for informational, promotional, or transparency purposes only. Discount offerings should be available to individual SIORNJ Members at least until December 31, 2011.

Procedure:
SIORNJ Supporters will provide SIORNJ with a mechanism to communicate the available offering to SIORNJ Members, in the form of a flyer, form, coupon, or otherwise, preferably one that can be added to www.SIORNJ.com, downloaded by SIORNJ Members, and presented at the time the purchase is made. Other mechanisms may be acceptable.

SIORNJ promotes SIORNJ Supporters in numerous ways, including:

• Affiliation with one of the most recognized and prestigious global brands in commercial real estate

• Placement of SIORNJ Supporter's name or logo and details of its offering on www.SIORNJ.com for purposes of public viewing and to generate exposure

• SIORNJ Supporter's name displayed at SIORNJ Chapter meetings, which are held six times per year

• SIORNJ Supporter's name and details of its offering announced at every SIORNJ Chapter meeting

• SIORNJ Supporter's name, logo, address, contact information, and details of its offering promoted in SIORNJ "Connections" distributed monthly via email to SIORNJ Members

• The opportunity for SIORNJ Supporters to build on-going profitable business relationships with SIORNJ Members, a great group of dynamic, professional, high net-worth consumers, all of whom will be aware and grateful for the SIORNJ Supporter's interest in SIORNJ and for financial opportunities offered to SIORNJ Members

SIORNJ Members:
SIORNJ comprises seventy-five high net worth individuals who travel through-out New Jersey regularly entertaining clients, customers, and prospects, and purchasing goods and services for themselves, their companies, clients, and families

Approval:
Applications to provide discount offerings are subject to the review and approval of SIORNJ. Applications may be denied for any reason.
